overview

The newest Prototype Shield for Arduino is researched and produced by Harbin Alseon Robotics Technology Co., Ltd.. This is a design for an open-source prototyping shield for Arduino NG/Diecimila. It has tons of cool features, to make prototyping on your Arduino easy. Shipped with fully assembled. This Arduino Prototype Shield not only can welded the electronic components directly on it to complete all kinds of prototype circuit, but also can paste mini breadboard, transit 7 color jumper finish the experiment of circuit.

Technical parameters and performance

  • ICSP: board 1 ICSP interface
  • digital interface: D13 - D0
  • analog interface: A5 - A0
  • 5V output: 6
  • GND pin: 6

Methods: the jumper plug connection *

  • the bread board: since the paste buns board
  • Board Indicator: Digital 13 pin lamp (green); PWR power indicator light (red)
  • reset button: 1 reset buttons

using method

The expansion board pin is perfectly matched with the UNO controller, which can be applied to the extended connection of the UNO controller interface and some of the overlay connections.

Application Routine

The buttons control the lights of the experiment, three keys to control the three lights, takes six digital IO ports, this case directly connection to the UNO controller will look very messy, so we should use our prototype expansion board, namely in pulling out, without welding, can build the circuit. Connect components as shown in the following diagram

Sample code

int redled=10;
int yellowled=9;
int greenled=8;
int redpin=7;
int yellowpin=6;
int greenpin=5;
int red;
int yellow;
int green;
void setup()
{
pinMode(redled,OUTPUT);
pinMode(yellowled,OUTPUT);
pinMode(greenled,OUTPUT);
pinMode(redpin,INPUT);
pinMode(yellowpin,INPUT);
pinMode(greenpin,INPUT);
}
void loop()
{
red=digitalRead(redpin);
if(red==LOW)
{
digitalWrite(redled,LOW);
}
else
{
 digitalWrite(redled,HIGH);
}
yellow=digitalRead(yellowpin);
if(yellow==LOW)
{
digitalWrite(yellowled,LOW);
}
else
{
digitalWrite(yellowled,HIGH);
}
green=digitalRead(greenpin);
if(green==LOW)
{ digitalWrite(greenled,LOW);}
else
{
digitalWrite(greenled,HIGH);
}
}
